ArcusVision ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using ArcusVision you agree to the practices described here.

• Account information — name, email address, and profile picture from Google OAuth when you sign in.
• Usage data — pages visited, features used, daily habit check-ins, task completions, and other interactions within the app.
• Career & goal data — information you enter about your career horizon, skills, visa goals, and milestones.
• Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps for security and diagnostic purposes.

• To provide and improve the ArcusVision service
• To personalise your AI-generated career roadmap and advice
• To communicate with you about product updates, tips, and important account notices
• To detect and prevent fraud or abuse
• To comply with applicable legal obligations in Australia and elsewhere

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers — Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), and OpenAI (AI processing). Each operates under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
• Analytics — aggregated, anonymised usage metrics only.
• Legal obligations — if required by law, regulation, or valid government request.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page, which permanently removes your personal data within 30 days.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email us at arcusvision.app@gmail.com.

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in.

ArcusVision is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
